February E-News Hello Everyone: We have some announcements for February… At Horizon Pet Supply in Black Diamond, there is hanging a quilt that I have donated to help raise money to support South County Cats. This all volunteer organization that focuses on assisting cats that fall out of the normal “adoptable” category. Tickets are $1.00 each and the drawing will be held on April 1st. Please take the time to stop in and see the quilt and purchase a ticket for this worthy cause. Call me for more information. There is plenty of space for pinning quilts…just call to block off a time for you to use the big classroom for pinning quilts. No more trying to get this task accomplished on the floor and keeping the dog off of it while you pinJ Some of you know exactly who I’m talking about… New items in stock:

Now on a sadder note…my dear friend, mentor, next door business woman and fellow dog enthusiast, Lorna Felice of Hidden Valley Dog Grooming and Bernese Mt. Dogs, passed away on February 7th after a 4 year battle with Liver Cancer. She will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. We will be closed on February 23rd to attend her memorial service. We hope you understand while we join others in the celebration of her life. Keep on quilting!
